Bell is the founder of the SimLab and a professor of learning sciences at UW–Madison.
Hubal serves as the director of the SimLab, overseeing research initiatives, staff development, and strategic partnerships.
Lent collaborates with SimLab partners to design and carry out simulation-based projects, including developing methodologies, analyzing outcomes, and sharing insights to improve professional practice.
Marigo develops and implements simulation and automation technologies to enhance professional learning and assessment.
Monday’s background includes 20 years as an Elementary teacher, split between a Grades 1-3 teacher and a Reading and Math interventionist. She is passionate about supporting teachers in connecting research with the realities of today’s classrooms.
Shore leads business/development for the SimLab. She supports fundraising, contracts, branding, and outreach to bring the SimLab innovation to more partners to improve their professional practice.
Tierney oversees the lab’s day-to-day management, including scheduling, billing, task development, and assessment capabilities.
